Outstanding Maternity Award Concludes 37th Season with Global Recognition for Photographers

The Outstanding Maternity Award has concluded its 37th season with photographers from 17 countries receiving recognition for their work capturing the maternity spectrum. The international competition, established in 2014, continues to serve as a platform for photographers to gain visibility and advance their careers while celebrating the artistic representation of family, motherhood, and childbirth experiences. Eliane Pellegrini, the multi-awarded international photographer who has led the award since its inception, emphasizes the transformative impact on participants.

Moite, an award-winning photographer and filmmaker based in New York City, brings a unique perspective to maternity photography, having transitioned from a legal career in Ukraine to establishing her successful photography studio specializing in motherhood portraiture.

Her documentary work addressing the experiences of Ukrainian women displaced by conflict has received international acclaim and recognition. Julia Marse, based in London, contributes extensive experience as both a practicing photographer and international educator. Having completed over 10,000 photo shoots and trained more than 2,000 students worldwide, Marse brings a comprehensive understanding of the technical and business aspects of photography. Her work as a brand ambassador for leading photography equipment manufacturers and her role in mentoring emerging photographers adds valuable industry insight to the judging process.
